Many people say that they get ideas and can be quite creative while writing. In fact when you use your fingers actually it activates certain places in your brain and that ads in the ability to think. But did you know that if you combine your sense of touch while writing with speech you can increase your creativity, reasoning and thinking?
How can you accomplish this you ask? Well, you can also think out loud by talking to a mirror or while writing on to paper or typing on a keyboard? How so you ask? Recently I started a new trick to increase my creativity and I use a digital recorder and I make a speech in the mirror and then I talk to myself as if I'm talking to a group of people about a certain subject and I let the digital recorder run and then I plug it into my laptop and I put it into a Word file.
Yes most of it comes out garbled it isn't perfect however as I start to read it and perhaps make a few corrections, I get many ideas very quickly. I also discovered something very interesting and that is that often entire paragraphs are absolutely correct and some of the stuff is pretty good. Now why am I telling you this?
Well because I am an online article writer and have now written 10,000 articles and I am the most prolific online article writer in the history of the Internet and I did in 18 months but I never used this technique that I learned yesterday and I certainly wished I would've thought of it sooner.
I'm giving you this tip to help you think out loud on paper and see if you can increase your creativity and come up with new and innovative ideas faster. See if it works for you, I found the experiment quite interesting. Consider all this in 2006.
HAPPY HALOOWEEN!!!
